Our High Performance Golf Fitness Program is designed to help golfers achieve their highest level of golf fitness.  First, we assess each golfer with a TPI Fitness Screen and Performance Testing.  Based upon the outcome of the screening, each golfer will receive a report with explanation of physical strengths and limitations in relation to your golf swing.  Customized workout plans are then developed and tailored specifically to the individual golfer.
